I believe I had Lucy! (I got her name twice and blanked the second I left but I’m almost certain it was Lucy…. Laura?…) she is incredible! Understood that I knew nothing! Talked me through the process didn’t get water in my ears during the wash and the colour came out incredible! I went in with dyed over Old balayage and a bodgy haircut, I came out with even gorgeous colour and the cutest easiest to deal with style!
